His background includes CFO roles, international management consulting, private equity, and public accounting, and he is a Florida real estate licensee affiliated with Florida Business Opportunities, Inc. Ben is also a published author, co-writing 'What the Heck Is AI? And How You Can Actually Use It In Your Life.'

BRiNQ Ventures was formed through the partnership of Ben Wagner (LiNQ Ventures) and Mario Bringas (Bridge Gap Funding). LiNQ Ventures brought business advisory experience: preparing companies for sale and understanding what drives value. Bridge Gap Funding brought capital and financing expertise: how acquisitions actually get funded. BRiNQ combines both, treating every transaction as a business decision, a financial decision, and a deal, all at once.
